KICK START PROGRAMS (2 MONTH PROGRESSION PROGRAMS)
- (4 month program) (access after you complete one of our Kick Start Programs)

LIVE ZOOM WORKOUTS
- Live Zoom Workouts will be offered to members at least twice a week.
- A schedule will be posted each Saturday for the follow week of workouts.
- Workouts will not be the same days each week (perfect for busy people!)
- example: Tuesday/Thursday one week. Friday/Sunday another week and so on.
- Band, body weight, and stretching workouts will all be offered.
- You can still attend a class needing resistance bands even if you do not have any!
RECORDED “LIVE WORKOUTS”
- Can’t make the live class? No problem! We will upload the same days workout to the website for everyone to see! (It will be online for 24-48 hours).
- We will also have up to 15 previously recorded workouts readily available for you to follow along to!
- We will substitute some of these previously recorded videos every couple of week.
