WHAT DO I GET WITH A MEMBERSHIP? 

YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO:

KICK START PROGRAMS (2 MONTH PROGRESSION PROGRAMS) 

  • Novice
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced

 

M.I.N.T PROGRAM

  • (4 month program) (access after you complete one of our Kick Start Programs) 

 

INDIVIDUAL WORKOUTS

  • Lower Body
  • Upper Body
  • Full Body
  • ABs

 

LIVE ZOOM WORKOUTS 

  • Live Zoom Workouts will be offered to members at least twice a week.
  • A schedule will be posted each Saturday for the follow week of workouts.
  • Workouts will not be the same days each week (perfect for busy people!)
    • example: Tuesday/Thursday one week. Friday/Sunday another week and so on.
  • Band, body weight, and stretching workouts will all be offered.
    • You can still attend a class needing resistance bands even if you do not have any!

RECORDED “LIVE WORKOUTS” 

  • Can’t make the live class? No problem! We will upload the same days workout to the website for everyone to see! (It will be online for 24-48 hours).
  • We will also have up to 15 previously recorded workouts readily available for you to follow along to!
  • We will substitute some of these previously recorded videos every couple of week.
