The purpose of this DISCLAIMER is to make all of our clients aware of the potential risks that may be associated with physical activity as seen in this program. It should  also help you determine whether or not  this program is suitable for you.

 

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: There are many possible injuries that may occur when participating in physical activity. Prior to participating in any of the Mint Condition workouts or programs, we advise all of our clients to receive medical clearance from their physician. By participating in the Mint Condition Fitness website, you have assumed all of the risks of injury that  may be associated with it. These injuries may include but are not limited to:

  • Muscle and Tendon Injuries
  • Cuts/Bruises
  • Soreness
  • Broken/Fractured Bones
  • Ligament/Skeletal Damage
  • Concussions
  • Heart Attack

 

MINT CONDITION FITNESS DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY ANY PERSON AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY INFORMATION, VIDEO’S, OR EXERCISES THAT ARE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE.
