Overall, I am so thankful that Alex and Jess gave me the confidence and reassurance to start their Mint Condition Workout Program. I loved getting back into a routine, holding myself accountable and thoroughly enjoyed the mixture of cardio and strength days. I loved the mint condition fitness program! I did their 40 day program “challenge” and honestly surprised myself with my ability to stick to it and finish the whole thing. I’ve always been active, and I enjoy working out, but struggle to find a workout program that fits into my crazy busy lifestyle. These workouts were EXACTLY what I needed. They were quick, got my heart rate up, and challenged my strength and endurance. I could feel myself get stronger each week.
