  • Band Assist

Reverse Plank

Lunges/Jump Lunges

  • Hold Wall for Balance Assist
  • Alternating Front Lunges

 

Quick Shuffle/Touch Ground

  • Side Lunges

 

Exercise Ball Exercises

  • Push Ups- add chair/couch under feet or from the ground
  • Shoulder Taps – add chair/couch under feet or from the ground
  • Ball Roll Out- Opposite Elbow to Opposite Knee
  • Reverse V-Up/Pike – Inch worms/Sit-Ups
  • Plank In and Outs- plank/Sit-Ups
  • Bridge Hold- No ball or feet on seat of chair/couch
  • Hamstring Curls- no ball/Bridge up and down or single leg bridge up and down

 

Step Ups

Jumping Jacks

  • One Leg at a time

 

Imaginary Jump Rope

  • Calf Raises
