Our mission is to make things as convenient as possible for all people participating in our programs. Being able to exercise in the comfort of your own home is extremely important to us. We understand that time and schedules are a huge obstacle in the way of most people being physically active. We have designed programs that are meant to not only help with these obstacles but also get the most out of your body. Here at Mint Condition Fitness, we have all of our programs right online so you can do these anywhere you please. These programs are designed to help our members reach their fitness goals no matter what program they start in. We pride ourselves on hard work and never giving up. This 8 week At Home Kick Start Program is designed for those who have had a long absence from exercise or are just starting to exercise.

  • INTENSITY: LOW
  • Frequent breaks
  • Gain knowledge on different exercises

This 8 week At Home Kick Start Program is designed for those who have are currently exercising at least a couple days a week.

  • INTENSITY: MODERATE TO HIGH
  • builds off novice program
  • 15 minutes of non-stop exercising
  • prepares you for the advanced program
